To keep the ten year anniversary party moving, we’re rolling it WAY BACK to the very first ever collaboration RTJ every got into! That’s right, it was Goose Island in Chicago that first introduced RTJ to the craft of beer.
In 2013 Killer Mike and El-P spent time at the Goose Island brewery in Chicago to imagine up their first ever collaboration beer to be released a few months later, coinciding with their defining self-titled debut album and first of many visits to Chicago as Run The Jewels.
This beer celebrates a decade of RTJ but also the birth of something much greater between music and beer.
Together we brewed an easy-drinking and refreshing golden ale with a little something extra on the hops.
